The PTA is open to parents/teachers of the School’s community to join in to encourage and advance the education, maintain and fortify the well-being of the students as well as support the school's effort in promoting creativity and critical thinking. It is run by an elected executive committee that supervises the various activities and engagements.

Parents represent the third vertex of the student-teacher-parent triangle, therefore communicating with them on continuous and open basis is vital to a healthy learning environment.

A special hotline is in place (admissions@nes.edu.jo) to allow parents to set appointments to meet any time with the principal or the concerned person to resolve any grievance. Moreover, parent-teacher conferences are held every term to review the progress of children on subject by subject basis.
